Application Process:  There are no deposits - only an application fee of $50.00 per adult is charged.  Applications may be picked up at each lot, from the manager during business hours [Len Gillean (503) 760-9694] or by calling (541) 385-7799.  The credit, criminal and public record background research is conducted by Pacific Screening; complete applications can be approved in as little as 24 hours.  Typically those applicants with at least two years of income history, not more than 40% debt to income ratio and no adverse findings from background research, will likely be approved.  Faxed applications must be immediately followed up by submitting the original together with the application fee to the administration office.
