Our focus at Aspen Meadows is quality of neighborhood first, and investment consideration second. Most high of our ideals
is the display of pride of ownership of a residents' home. Residents are offered long term leases that stipulate and limit rental
adjustments. Adjustments, though annual, are limited to increases in verifiable operating expenses (such as property taxes) and the
cost of living (CPI).
Cats and a good natured quiet dog up to 60 pounds may be considered.
Utilities are consumption expenditures. As with electricity, each resident pay's for the water and other utilities they enjoy. City
of Portland water is separately metered billed to each home and proportionately, City sewer services. We expect our residents to sufficiently
water their yards as well as routinely mowing and maintaining the homes' exterior.
Model year 1998 or newer multi-section homes meeting certain architectural criteria are required as well as skirting, landscaping and decks. All
available sites are complete with carports, sheds and driveways but many homes have garages. Carports may be replaced with garages if you wish.
